Strategies to overcome the challenges:

  1. Invite prospective members to our meetings, projects & social events.
  2. Tell the Rotary Story to prospective members
  3. Telling every prospective member what Rotary can offer to him/her.
  4. Tell the privileges and obligations of Rotary
  5. Explain to our members the stories of other clubs whose presidents / PDGs left their clubs even more than once. Some of the broke the club and made a new club taking members from mother club and Rotarian of district took it normally.
  6. Arrange Classification Talk in Regular Meeting.
  7. Arrange Fellowship Events.
  8. For sustainability of project it must be meet the need of the community as identified by the community. We have to give the ownership accompany the responsibilities to beneficiaries.

How are we doing?

  1. Creating Strategic Planning Committee with IPP, President, and President-Elect & Past President.
  2. Goals to be input in Rotary Club Central
  3. Engaging concern committees
  4. Review the Goals in quarterly, discussed in Board meeting and club assembly.
  5. Encourage members for taking service projects under assessment of community needs and sustainability.
  6. Encourage members for collecting donation / sponsors for service projects, contributing to TRF for getting International Service Projects.

 

CLUB LEADERSHIP PLAN

Rtn. Engr. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury PHF, has been elected as President for the RY 2024-25. Based on the activities, members will be accredited for the future leadership of the Club in a Democratic way. President for the RY 2025-26 and Board for the RY 2024-25 will be elected in December 2023.
